Corporate group volunteering

We have created a range of volunteering opportunities for corporate groups to offer their time and support to help restore and improve the mosaic of habitats across the New Forest.

Each activity is led by a member of staff and directly contributes towards the work of the scheme. With your help we can achieve much more for the New Forest than we could do working alone. This is great for improving habitats for wildlife across the New Forest and inspiring people to care for the Forest for future generations to enjoy.

You can help by clearing invasive scrub from threatened grass and heathland sites, clearing rhododendron from woodland sites and planting new saplings for the trees of the future. During the spring and summer months there are further opportunities to help look after the heritage of the New Forest. This includes capturing information contained on monuments across the New Forest’s churchyards.

There is a fee of £200 per day for groups taking part in the tasks to help cover the cost of planning and delivering the days.
